باستخدامك منارة توافق على ما يلي. النص مكتوب ليُقرأ لا ليُتخطّى.
الترخيص
تُمنح ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام منارة على أجهزتك. لا يجوز إعادة نشر التطبيق أو محتواه الصوتي أو بيعه.
المواقيت اجتهاد حسابي
تُحسب المواقيت فلكيًا بطرق الحساب المعتمدة عالميًا. وهذه الطرق تختلف فيما بينها بدقائق، وقد تختلف عمّا يعمل به مسجدك أو الجهة الرسمية في بلدك.
عند الاختلاف، المعتمد ما تعمل به جهتك المحلية لا ما يعرضه التطبيق. وقد وُضع في الإعدادات تعديل يدوي بالدقائق لكل وقت لتوفّق التطبيق مع مسجدك. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية صلاة فاتت أو صيام أُخّر بسبب فارق حسابي.
القبلة
اتجاه القبلة يُحسب بدقة رياضية من إحداثياتك، لكن عرضه يعتمد على بوصلة جهازك — وهي تتأثر بالمعادن والمغانط والأجهزة الكهربائية. عايِر البوصلة عند الشك، والتطبيق ينبّهك إن كانت دقّتها ضعيفة.
منارة+ والاشتراكات
كل ما يتعلّق بالعبادة — المواقيت والأذان والقبلة والأذكار والتسبيح ورمضان — مجاني للأبد ولن يُنقل إلى المدفوع. منارة+ تشمل المظاهر والأيقونات وأصوات المؤذنين الإضافية ووسائل الراحة، وهي لا تؤثر في صحّة أي عبادة.
تتوفّر ثلاث خطط: شهرية تتجدّد كل شهر، وسنوية تتجدّد كل سنة، ومدى الحياة بدفعة واحدة لا تتجدّد. السعر المعروض في شاشة منارة+ هو السعر النهائي بعملة متجرك.
- التجديد التلقائي: يُخصم الاشتراك من حسابك في المتجر عند التأكيد، ويتجدّد تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الجارية. يُخصم التجديد خلال الأربع والعشرين ساعة السابقة لنهاية المدة.
- الإدارة والإلغاء: من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر بعد الشراء — لا نستطيع نحن إلغاء اشتراكك نيابةً عنك. حذف التطبيق لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
- التجربة المجانية: إن عُرضت عليك تجربة، فأي جزء غير مستهلك منها يسقط عند شرائك الاشتراك.
دعم المطوّر
خيارات الدعم في شاشة منارة+ هي إكرامية اختيارية للمطوّر مقابل عمله على التطبيق وتغطية تكاليف التطوير والنشر. وهي ليست تبرعًا خيريًا ولا صدقة، ولا تُجمع لصالح أي جهة أخرى.
الدعم لا يفتح أي ميزة ولا يمنح أي امتياز وظيفي — يمنح شارة تقدير لا غير. ويمكن تكراره متى شئت، ولا يُلزمك بشيء.
الاسترداد
المشتريات كلها تمرّ عبر آبل أو جوجل، والاسترداد يخضع لسياستهما ويُطلب منهما مباشرةً — نحن لا نستقبل المال ولا نملك ردّه.
الأصوات والملكية
تسجيلات الأذان والإقامة والأذكار المرفقة مملوكة لمنارة أو مستخدمة بترخيص يسمح بذلك، وتفصيل مصادرها في ملف الاعتمادات المرفق بالمشروع. لا يجوز استخراجها أو استخدامها خارج التطبيق.
لا ضمان
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». نبذل وسعنا في الدقة والاختبار، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الخلل ولا عمله دون انقطاع على كل جهاز.
تعديل الشروط
قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط. يُعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة، والاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث قبولٌ به.

By using Manara you agree to the following. Written to be read, not skipped.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Manara on your devices. Redistributing or selling the app or its audio content is not permitted.
Times are a computed judgement
Times are computed astronomically using internationally recognised methods. These methods differ from one another by minutes, and may differ from what your mosque or your country's official authority uses.
Where they differ, your local authority prevails over what the app displays. Settings include manual per-prayer tuning in minutes so you can align the app with your mosque. We accept no responsibility for a missed prayer or delayed fast caused by a calculation difference.
Qibla
The qibla direction is computed precisely from your coordinates, but its display depends on your device compass — which is affected by metal, magnets and electrical devices. Calibrate when in doubt; the app warns you when accuracy is poor.
Manara+ and subscriptions
Everything related to worship — times, adhan, qibla, adhkar, tasbih and Ramadan — is free forever and will never move behind payment. Manara+ covers themes, alternate icons, extra muezzin voices and conveniences, and affects no act of worship.
- Auto-renewal: charged to your store account on confirmation, renewing automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage and cancel: from your store account settings after purchase — we cannot cancel on your behalf. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trial: any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Developer support
Support options in the Manara+ screen are an optional tip to the developer for the work and the cost of building and publishing. They are not charity or sadaqah and are not collected for any other party. Support unlocks no feature and grants no functional privilege — only a badge of appreciation.
Refunds
All purchases go through Apple or Google; refunds follow their policy and are requested from them directly — we neither receive the money nor can return it.
Audio and ownership
The bundled adhan, iqama and adhkar recordings are owned by Manara or used under a licence permitting it; sources are detailed in the project's credits file. They may not be extracted or used outside the app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our utmost on accuracy and testing, but do not guarantee it is free of defects or runs uninterrupted on every device.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
