Terms of Use — GoVayo

By using GoVayo you agree to the following.

1) Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your devices. Redistribution, resale or extraction of its content is not permitted.

2) Nature of the content

GoVayo is a curation and display layer, not a hosting platform. We do not own, host or re-upload any content. Video plays through the official embedded YouTube player; audio through public RSS feeds published by their owners. All rights remain with the rights holders, and views are counted for them.

If you are a rights holder and believe your content appears against your wishes, contact us and we will act immediately.

3) Curation and availability

We curate carefully, but availability depends on the owners: an item may be removed, a feed may stop, or playback may be geo-restricted — all outside our control.

4) Kids Mode

Kids Mode is a parental aid with filtered content and a PIN lock. It does not replace your supervision, and we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in filtering.

5) Acceptable use

Attempting to breach the app, bypass Kids Mode, or extract and republish content is prohibited.

6) Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the opinions or accuracy of displayed content; that lies with its publishers.

7) Changes

These terms may be updated; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
