Privacy Policy — GoVayo

We fully respect your privacy. GoVayo is designed to work with no account, no tracking, and no collection of personal data.

1) What we don't collect

We don't ask you to sign in, we don't collect your name, email, or location, we don't track you across apps or websites, and we never sell any data.

2) What stays on your device only

Your preferences are stored locally and never sent to us: favourite section, saved items, watch history and resume position, player preferences, and Kids Mode state. You can clear them anytime from “More → My Data & Privacy”, or by deleting the app.

3) Kids Mode PIN

The parental PIN is stored in your device's secure Keychain only and never reaches us.

4) Third-party content

Video is shown via the official embedded YouTube player, and audio via public podcast RSS feeds owned by their publishers. Their privacy policies apply when you play their content (e.g. Google/YouTube). Content is shown for its owners and views are counted for them.

5) Server

We use a lightweight server to fetch curated content lists. It stores no identifying data about you; requests don't carry your identity.

6) On-device intelligence

The “Smart Summary” feature runs on your device via Apple Intelligence; content is not sent to any external AI server.

7) Children

The app offers a parent-supervised “Kids Mode” with filtered content and a lock. We do not collect any data about children.
