📝 ١) القبول
باستخدامك لعبة Bobby Run & the Hunter فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام اللعبة.
🔑 ٢) الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام اللعبة للاستمتاع الشخصي فقط. جميع المحتويات (الشخصيات، الرسوم، الأصوات، التصاميم) مملوكة لنا.
💳 ٣) المشتريات داخل التطبيق
- تُعالَج كل المشتريات عبر Apple وتخضع لشروط App Store.
- العناصر الرقمية (الأطقم، الشخصيات، إزالة الإعلانات) غير قابلة للاسترداد النقدي إلا وفق سياسة Apple.
- العملات داخل اللعبة (العسل والنقود) ليس لها قيمة نقدية حقيقية ولا تُصرَف نقدًا.
- يمكنك استعادة مشترياتك غير الاستهلاكية عبر زر «استعادة المشتريات» في الإعدادات.
⚖️ ٤) السلوك
يُمنع محاولة اختراق اللعبة أو التلاعب بالمشتريات أو التقدّم بطرق غير مشروعة.
⚠️ ٥) إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي». نبذل جهدنا لتجربة خالية من الأخطاء، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك بالكامل.
🔄 ٦) التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط أو محتوى اللعبة من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في اللعب يعني قبول التحديثات.

1) Acceptance
By using Bobby Run & the Hunter you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the game.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the game for personal enjoyment only. All content (characters, art, audio, designs) is owned by us.
3) In-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to App Store terms.
- Digital items (outfits, characters, remove ads) are non-refundable except under Apple's policy.
- In-game currencies (honey and coins) have no real monetary value and cannot be cashed out.
- You can restore non-consumable purchases via the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
4) Conduct
Hacking the game or manipulating purchases or progress by illegitimate means is prohibited.
5) Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We strive for a bug-free experience but cannot fully guarantee it.
6) Changes
We may update these terms or the game content over time. Continued play means acceptance.
